Tribe wins Game 4, 7-2.

Cubs are now down 3 - 1 in the Series.

10 consecutive teams up 3 - 1 in the Series have won it.

Last team to lose up 3 - 1 was the '85 Cards.

Social media has gone crazy with Cards fans giving it to the Cubs fans. I think I'll hold mine back until it's over though.

I'd love to see CLE win it tonight at Wrigley though lol

Cardinal Nation:

I ask every fan, myself included, to open up your eyes, remove your "team loyalty" and take stock. You know why I didn't want the Cubs to win? Because of the jerk cub fans who would come our of woodwork, but look around, how many "jerks" there are in this fanbase. Who would want to give a. Jerk anything? Not me. Lets take stock, not only are our rivals, the team we mocked for years, the class of not only the NL CENTRAL but the NL as a while. They got somewhere they haven't been since 45, geck they even won a game. Odds say, they lose this series, but Cardinal Nation I have news for you. They will make it back here again. They just may even win it all because of how young they are. Folks, the Cubs are not going away. I've seen enough baseball in my life to know a good team. Lets STOP BEING JERKS TO CUB FANS. Honestly, they deserve to point out we failed this year, there playing...were not. Want to change it? Fix your team first, don't jump on their case. They lost because there hitting didn't show up, anybody remember 2004? It can happen even to the best in a short series. STOP BEING JERKS, its bad karma. I DONT WANT TO GO THE REST OF MY LIFE TITLELESS.

Every fan base has jerks. I don't want the Cubs to win because they are our biggest rival. I haven't been a jerk to Cubs fans about it other than the extremely obnoxious ones when they want to blame games on umpires or bad luck (one in particular). Other than that I'm not about to rub it in when they clearly are very unhappy. What people need to stop doing is putting large groups of people into the same bucket and judging them all. I've seen as many BFIB references this series as I saw all year, almost all by Cub fans.

Also, pretty sure how the fans act has literally no effect on the team or how they play. The Cubs were good this year because they were talented. The Cards were not as good because they were not as talented. Simple as that.

Game 6 tonite! Arietta vs Tomlin. Tomlin going on 3 days rest.

All the Indians have to do is beat the reigning Cy Young winner tonight, or the imminent Cy Young winner tomorrow night.
