I still have a problem narrowing this down to 10. At least a dozen guys I'd vote for.

Jeff Bagwell
Barry Bonds
Roger Clemens
Vladimir Guerrero
Trevor Hoffman
Tim Raines
Manny Ramirez
Ivan Rodriguez
Lee Smith
Sammy Sosa

Tim Raines needs to get in.

This class makes me feel old. So many guys who were part of that first generation of stars I watched while growing up.

IMO, if all the PED guys who should be considered cannot get in then none of them should get in. Hence me not voting for any on the list.... 8-)

IMO, cheating to win is not nearly as bad as intentionally losing for personal gain. That's why gambling is a lifetime ban and PEDs are not.

The problem with gambling isn't the act itself. The problem with gambling is the possibility that you may not be trying to win a game.

I'm using a original clause givin to the writters on the HOF Rule 5: (source baseballhall.org)

Voting shall be based upon the player's record, playing ability, integrity, sportsmanship, character, and contributions to the team(s) on which the player played.

To those, who want Bonds etc in Hall of fame, tell me.....how was he towards the media, and more importantly us, the fans in their playing career? was he a jerk? im not calling into question the other aspects, but I just cant call into baseballs hallowed halls, players who tainted the game to honor them with a plaque alongside legands of the game.

and, I must subtract one player off my ballot at this time, id like to know more about Pudge, if he used, failed steroid tests etc.

So ............ Bud Selig gets into the Hall. Did some AMAZING thigs for the Game, grew it unbelievably.

However, many are saying if his PEDS complicity is ignored than Bonds, Clemens, Palmeiro, Sosa, Mac, etc. should get in too.

I don't disagree. But then again, I've been saying that for a dozen years.
