I like Gyorko at second since Wong struggles against lefties. I normally don't like Grichuk at clean up but today I'm good with this lineup. Wouldn't change a thing... Hoping Waino gets back on track. Go Cards!!

Didn't have a lot of pitches but was just getting hit very hard. Makes me wonder if it's a result of the Achilles. Hasn't looked right so far this year.

Waino isn't looking good at all. You have to wonder if he's healthy, tipping his pitches or is just succumbing to the undefeated Father Time.

Whatever the case may be, they need to get him figured out quickly.

I don't think it's the Achilles specifically, but I believe it is a result of it. He looks very much like a guy who missed most of last year and then wasn't pushed in spring training to make sure he was ready.

He's been struggling with command. When he figures that out, he'll be fine. But Matheny very much needs to minimize the damage on those days Wainwright doesn't have it. Like today. If he yanks Wainwright after five and he doesn't give up those three runs in the sixth, do the Cardinals win today?
