With an ERA like he's never going to become Veteran Davis.

1B Matt Carpenter
LF Tommy Pham
CF Dexter Fowler
SS Paul DeJong
C Yadier Molina
2B Kolten Wong
3B Jedd Gyorko
RF Stephen Piscotty
RHP Luke Weaver

Cardinals are 0-7 in the second half when Carpenter, Fowler, and Piscotty start. Looking to break that streak tonight.

Did Grichuk kick MM's cat? Went from platooning with Piscotty to sitting. I realize his avg & OB% in Sept much lower than Piscotty's but in 39 ab vs 44 ab same HRs & RBI (2/5). Just a little surprised he's so far in the dog house that Voit was PH before Grichuk last night.

Amazing. And people doubted that the Cards wouldn't still be in the thick of it Monday when the Cubs come to town. This team isn't going to let us off that easy!
