Yea I am surprised by how well my team has been doing this year. Didn't think I had the pitching to compete but they have hung in there

Unsurprisingly, we lost HIALEAH. Anyone have someone to replace them? Otherwise I'll post the opening in the forums either later tonight or tomorrow.

Or maybe I won't since just found out I will have very limited time in the next few days. If someone else could take this task, that would be great.

Two questions:
1. When is the last time someone had a worse run differential than -500?
2. Has someone ever finished more than 76 games out of the division lead?

Montreal is looking to end New York's run (and overcome a 3-1 defecit). Game 7 at 5.

McCormack (.331/.398/.558, 29 HR, 103 RBI) wins a rookie of the year race that featured four Aces. He beat teammates Foreman (.294/.418/.466, 17 HR, 61 RBI), Nelson (11-15, 3.44 ERA, 1.32 WHIP), and Hogan (12-8, 3.09 ERA, 1.25 WHIP).

Honorable mentions to Franklin (.269/.311/.499, 37 HR, 93 RBI) and Evans (.293/.348/.436, 17 HR, 67 RBI) who appeared in the top-5 at different points this year too.

Hogan might have stolen it if he'd been up all year. I wasn't confident in him quite being ready yet, so I left him down to start the season and he got a chance when everyone else failed. And he was my best pitcher this year. Figures.

"Windy City blew a 3-0 lead" is the CardsClubhouse's version of "Golden State blew a 3-1 lead..."

Bayside and New York for the third straight year.

The last time a team met in the World Series three straight times was 2084-2086 with Bayside and Peoria. Bayside won the first and Peoria won the last two.

If New York wins, it'll be the fourth three-peat in league history. First since 2033-2035. But the first time it's been done with a win against the same team each time.

Congrats to Bayside. That pitching staff was just too much this time around. The bullpen can't blow a lead if your starters keep throwing complete games.

Looking to make some upgrades, lets flip!

3rd time is the charm I guess. No blowing a lead this time!

The Aces celebrate the induction of longtime closer Clyde Sager into the Hall of Fame. He finished his career with 538 saves, which is tied for 16th all time and second in Aces franchise history.

If he'd stuck around this year, he probably would be #1 in Aces history, just 27 shy of the leader and our closer this year got 46.

This worked out well for both teams. West Side gets some desperately needed pitching and a draft pick. New York moves 3 guys we would've dumped for salary anyways and pick up some scrubs.
