So the Expos brought up Martin Moorewho I have thought is a rookie of the year candidate but wow has been red hot. In our first ten games and his first ten in the regular season and he has gotten 4 "player of the game". He is sporting an 1800 ops and has 7 hr. He got five in his first three games.

East Side scores 11 runs against Galesburg in the 7th inning. Powered behind 2 grand slams, a triple and our #2 hitter striking out 2x.

So close to tying my World Record by getting out three times in an inning.

Background, I did that in the first inning of a game in middle school. Two strikeouts and a pop fly to first to end the inning.

Chance Bennethit his 400 homerun. at 27 and after looking at a couple of the all time homerun leaders Bennet might be the youngest player in the history of the league to reach 400.

now..if only Galesburg could do this type of game vs Bayside in October. Bayside falls 14-2 as part of a 3-game sweep vs Monsters

Our manager told them this was the World Series of the regular season for some reason. Obviously should have told them it was the Division Series or LCS.
